Please note that the Application Form is common to all Index Fairs; Kindly clearly specify the name of the fair you wish to exhibit at.
The standard structured booth with shell scheme includes laminated stand panels, fascia, carpeting, lights, stand furniture (counter tables and chairs) dustbin, power points and power allotment, as per stand size.
Exhibitors may also opt to build their own booth structure and select only BARE SPACE, subject to a minimum booking of 20 sq. m.

MEZZANINE STRUCTURES may be erected within the central area of the stand subject to:
1. A minimum booked space of 100 square metres.
2. The mezzanine area constructed may NOT exceed 50 per cent of the stand area.
3. The total height of the entire stall structure, including the mezzanine area may NOT exceed 5 metres (clearance).
4. The total area of the mezzanine floor will be billed at 50 per cent of the stand tariffs.
RESTRICTIONS: Individual companies will be allotted a maximum area of 500 sq mtrs.
